《固定污染源废气 非甲烷总烃连续监测技术规范》(HJ 1286—2023)(以下简称《规范》)正式发布,并于2023年8月1日实施。
该《规范》基本延续了《关于印发<固定污染源废气中非甲烷总烃排放连续监测技术指南(试行)>的通知》(环办监测函〔2020〕90号)(以下简称《指南》)中对固定污染源废气排放连续监测系统中的非甲烷总烃排放和有关气体排放参数连续监测系统的组成和功能、安装、日常运行管理、日常运行质量保证以及数据审核和处理的有关要求,又在此基础上对系统的技术性能、监测站房、技术指标调试检测、技术验收要求做出了进一步的规定。

The Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Non methane Total Hydrocarbons in Waste Gas from Fixed Pollution Sources (HJ 1286-2023) (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") has been officially released and implemented on August 1, 2023.
This "Standard" basically continues the "Notice on Issuing the Technical Guidelines for Continuous Monitoring of Non methane Total Hydrocarbon Emissions in Fixed Pollution Source Waste Gas (Trial)" (Environmental Monitoring Letter [2020] No. 90) (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"), which includes the composition, function, installation, and daily operation management of the continuous monitoring system for non methane total hydrocarbon emissions and related gas emission parameters in fixed pollution source waste gas emissions On the basis of the requirements for daily operation quality assurance, data review and processing, further regulations have been made for the technical performance of the system, monitoring station building, technical indicator debugging and testing, and technical acceptance requirements.
