浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了以溶液为提取溶剂,应用气相色谱同步测定漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的分析方法。在超声条件下,使用提取漱口水中的甲醇和乙醇,提取液经HH-624(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8 μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,利用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID检测器)进行测定。在流量1.0 mL/min,分流比10∶1,FID检测器温度250 ℃条件下,漱口水中甲醇与乙醇可以得到良好分离,峰形较好。方法的线性相关性均大于0.999;精密度RSD(n=6)为1.7%~3.3%,回收率为92.4%~103.8%;检出限均为5 mg/kg。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度较高,适用于漱口水中甲醇和乙醇含量的测定。
