电石渣资源化利用过程中,乙炔气逸出富集造成的安全隐患问题尚未被重点关注,缺乏简便、经济、准确、易操作的危险气体浓度控制方法以降低安全风险。因此,针对现有技术不足,需要提供一种简便、灵敏度高且工程适用性强的综合性解决办法。
浩瀚色谱对电石渣浆中的微量乙炔含量采用液上气相色谱法进行测定,在25mL平衡标准瓶内,在70℃下振荡平衡5min,样品即达到平衡.选用二乙烯苯、三氯乙烯共聚物为固定相,在柱温65℃下,以氢火焰离子化检测器进行监测,可取得较为man意的结果,乙炔的回收率为85.8%~107.5%.

Haohan Chromatography was used to determine the trace amount of acetylene in carbide slag slurry using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The sample was equilibrated by shaking at 70 ℃ for 5 minutes in a 25mL equilibrium standard bottle. The stationary phase was diethylbenzene and trichloroethylene copolymer, and the column temperature was 65 ℃. A hydrogen flame ionization detector was used for monitoring, and satisfactory results were obtained. The recovery rate of acetylene was 85.8% to 107.5%
