为拓展苏玛罐中样品进样途径、解决环境空气瞬时值样品代表性差的问题,浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研发苏玛罐采样-手动取样/进样-气相色谱法分析环境空气中总烃和甲烷。苏玛罐和积分采样器采集环境空气日均值样品,采用注射器和惰性管路组装手动样品转换系统,并根据测定原理优化了色谱条件。总烃、甲烷的色谱峰面积与体积分数在0.60~10.0μmol/mol范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 9、0.999 8,检出限(以甲烷计)分别为0.039、0.032 mg/m3。总烃和甲烷测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为3.0%、2.4%(n=7),相对误差分别为-3.8%、-1.7%,加标回收率分别为80%~113%、78%~111%。

In order to expand the sampling pathway of samples in Suma tanks and solve the problem of poor representativeness of ambient air instantaneous value samples, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has developed Suma tank sampling manual sampling/injection gas chromatography method for analyzing total hydrocarbons and methane in ambient air. Suma jar and integral sampler were used to collect daily average samples of ambient air. A manual sample conversion system was assembled using a syringe and an inert pipeline, and chromatographic conditions were optimized based on the measurement principle. The chromatographic peak area and volume fraction of total hydrocarbons and methane range from 0.60 to 10.0 μ The linear relationship within the mol/mol range is good, with correlation coefficients of 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, and detection limits (measured by methane) of 0.039 and 0.032 mg/m3, respectively. The relative standard deviations of the total hydrocarbon and methane determination results are 3.0% and 2.4% (n=7), respectively, with relative errors of -3.8% and -1.7%. The recovery rates of the added standard are 80%~113% and 78%~111%, respectively.
