以1,1,2-三氯乙烷为原料与氢氧化钠溶液反应,生成偏二氯乙烯,偏二氯乙烯在混酸(硝酸与盐酸)的作用下,生成1,1-二氯-2-硝基乙烯,考察了温度,时同,三氯乙烷和氢氧化钠的用量比,偏二氯乙烯与混酸的用量比等对于反应产物的影响,得到了优化的反应条件为:1)反应温度60-70℃,反应时间1.5-2.0 h,n(三氯乙烷):n(氢氧化钠)=1:1.15,此时偏二氯乙烯的收率99%。
