GY-YZJ 高速六梭圆织机

　　一、用途与特点

　　综杆式滚柱小六梭圆织机是我厂开发研制的一种新型高速圆织机。主机变频无级调速；门圈采用滚柱与梭板接触，减少阻力，不易磨损，运转轻松平稳；主机内采用封闭式油池强制润滑，磨损少，噪音低；具有经断、经完、纬断、纬完自动停机，分区显示报警，自动计米等功能。可根据用户要求安装电子智能提布机构，具有任意设定纬密度和纬密度补偿功能。

　　1.       Use and Characteristics

　　As a newly-developed high-speed circularloom, it is featured with the following characteristics:

　　1) Its main body adoptsfrequency-conversion stepless speed regulation.

　　2) Its door-ring adopts the rolling columnto contact the shuttle board, which reduces much resistance and abrasion andmakes it run smoothly and steadily.

　　3) Fully-closed oil tank is adopted insidefor forced lubrication, which achieves less abrasion and lower noise.

　　4) It is configured with warp/weft breakingdetecting system, warp/weft ending monitoring system, pisionally-displayed alarmas well as automatic meter-counter.

　　5) As required, electronic intelligentfabric-lifting unit can be configured as well , which is featured with thecompensation setting to the warp/weft density casually.
