　　主要功能及应用

　　喇叭口常用于冷凝器、蒸发器的管道连接以及焊接。

　　喇叭口制作应大小适宜，过大会开裂，过小接触面不够，要求喇叭口均匀、光滑、无划痕、无毛刺。

　　管端喇叭口成型机主要利用旋压的方式，将铜管或者铝管的管端加工成喇叭口形状，高速旋压扩口，与机械式锻打扩口相比，开口处光滑，平整，无破裂。

　　As to the flaring shape,the size should beproper,too big size will cause crack, too small size leads to insufficientcontact area,it should be uniform, smooth, no scratches, no burr.

　　Automatic Pipe End Flaring Machine is mainlyused for machining the copper or aluminum pipe end into flaring shape by highspeed spinning and pressing way,compared with the mechanical forging way,thetube end will be much more smooth, flat, no rupture.
