　　激光广告字焊字机是应用高能脉冲激光对无间进行焊接。通过激光电源对氙灯脉冲放电，形成一定频率和脉宽的光波经聚光腔辐射到Nd3+:YAG晶体，晶体发光经过谐振腔发出1064um的高能量脉冲激光，再经扩束、反射、聚焦后进行焊接。

　　High-Energy Pulse Laser Irradiation is applied in Laser Ad words Welder for interstice-free welding. Through laser power supply to discharge electricity , light-wave with certain frequency and pulse width will radiate on Nd3 through condenser cavity: YAG crystal, crystal emits light of 1064um high-energy pulse laser though resonator, and began welding after beam expansion, reflection and focalization.

　　1.激光电源 Laser Power Supply

　　镭力激光采用8个优质激光电容和进口优质IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)，使到电源供给脉冲氙灯电流恒定，高频率激光连续焊接时稳定并且电容功能衰减时间也大大加长！

　　LERLI Laser adopts 8 excellent capacitors and import IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor), which enables pulsed xenon lamp get constant current through power supply; high frequency laser is stable during continuous welding and the decay time of capacitor function is significantly lengthened. 

　　双层激光电源结构，散热快，控制电路板采用定制贴片工艺，比旧式液晶屏控制电路板更稳定，一致性好，抗干扰强，不容易出现虚焊等焊接问题。

　　Double structure of laser power supply is of rapid heat dissipation with customized SMP adopted in control circuit board, which is more stable than the old one with LCD in good consistency and anti-interference as well as much less welding problems such as fault welding.
