　　要判定古代瓷器的年代和真伪，就要掌握不同时期器物的特征，这些特征要从器物的造型、胎体、釉色、纹饰以及款识等方面人手，典型特征就是时代器物的名片。在了解器物时代特征的同时，还要将不同时期的标准器熟记于心。所谓标准器就是这一时期最具有典型特征、最能说明这一窑口特色或者最能代表这一釉色品种的器物，掌握了标准器就有了判定的标准，就能以此作为比照，从不同的方面来判定一件器物的时代和真伪。  

　　器型

　　仿烧往往选每个时代龙泉窑的典型产品，如北宋的执壶、五管瓶，南宋的莲瓣碗、凤耳瓶、鬲式炉、元代的牡丹纹大瓶、刻花大盘、各式香炉等器物。仿品很少是对照真品的实物进行仿烧，因此造型上线条呆板，缺乏神韵，颈肩部的转折十分生硬，足端部过于整齐，器型比例失调，器物形制的规格和尺寸也不够规范。 

　　胎釉

　　龙泉窑的釉和胎每个时代都有它特定的成分及相应的烧造工艺。

　　龙泉窑不同时代胎色的呈色、质地的粗疏和细腻、釉的色泽和质地，都不尽相同。对粉青、梅子青釉的仿烧，一般釉料不用化学配方，而沿用传统配方，即在瓷土中有选择地加入植物草木灰，尽管釉的质感非常像，但缺乏内敛的厚实感，往往浮光隐现。
