　　换热器运行前注意事项

　　Notice of heat exchanger operation

　　1、在运行换热设备前要先检查所有接管是否已经拧紧，确定系统参数不会超过制造标签上允许的工作压力和温度值。

　　1, before running the heat exchanger equipment to check whether all the nozzles have been tightened, to determine the system parameters will not exceed the allowable working pressure and temperature on the label.

　　2、在启动泵之前，应该先把换热器的所有阀门和放气阀都打开，关闭换热器的进口阀。

　　2, before the start of the pump, the heat exchanger should be the first to open all the valves and relief valve, turn off the heat exchanger inlet valve.

　　3、启动泵后，慢慢打开泵的出口阀，使压力慢慢上升，为防止单侧超压，进换热器的两种介质的进口阀应该同时打开，或先缓慢地注入低压侧介质，再缓慢注入高压测介质。
