物化性质
|
一般乙酰基7.5%～9.0%，丙酰基39%～47%。透明、半透明或不透明粒料，坚韧，耐候性好，易加工、尺寸稳定，但不耐化学品。熔融温度190℃。密度1.35～1.40g/cm3。拉伸强度14～54MPa，弯曲模量830～2410MPa，悬臂梁缺口冲击强度27J/m到不破，洛氏硬度R100～122。热变形温度60～71℃。具有较好的抗湿、耐寒、柔韧、透明、电绝缘等性能，并能与高沸点增塑剂有较好的混溶性。不耐无机酸、碱、醇、酮、烃、氯代烃，而耐脂和油。

制备方法
|
将纤维素用丙酸处理后，再用丙酸、丙酸酐和醋酸、醋酸酐混合液在硫酸存在下，进行酯化，然后再经水解、沉析、洗涤、干燥等工序，即得到某一取代度的醋酸丙酸纤维素。

用途
|
由于CAP制成的塑料，质坚韧，尺寸稳定性好，模塑性好，表面光泽好，非常适宜用于做汽车零件、工具柄、收音机及电视机部件、方向盘以及用于无线电晶体管及玩具等。

Its solubility and hardness make CAP-482-0.5 an excellent resin for nail lacquer topcoats. It is often used in combination with Eastman™ CAP-482-20 to optimize the formulation viscosity. Eastman™ CAP-482-0.5 is lawful for use in certain food-contact applications subject to the food additive regulations of the FDA.| |
