超韧尼龙66又名高抗冲尼龙66,以尼龙66为基体,通过与接枝韧性聚合物共混的方法而制得。虽然强度、刚性、耐热性比母体尼龙有所下降,但冲击强度可提高10倍以上,并具有优异的耐磨性和尺寸稳定性.超韧尼龙66具有良好的耐低温韧性好耐磨性、耐热性、耐油性及耐化学药品性,还大大降低了原材料的吸水率和收缩率,改性后的超韧尼龙可以耐辐射,耐紫外线,并具有优良的尺寸稳定性及优异的机械强度。此类产品分为两大类,一类为电动工具专用料,另一类为各色增强尼龙料。尼龙6为基料,添加了各种优良的增强剂、增韧剂、抗老化剂及着色剂,色泽鲜艳,具有良好的低温冲击性、尺寸稳定性、高刚性和低翘曲性。
