　　80mm以上特厚钢板主要用于大型钢结构工程、重型机械/冶金/电力、压力容器罐体、风塔、海上采油平台等国民经济建设的各个方面。

　　The ≥80mm ultra-heavy steel plates were mostly used at large steel constructions, heavy-duty machineries, metallurgical equipments, power equipments, pressure containers, winndmill towers, outshore oil production platforms,and other various fields of national economic construction.

　　钢质纯净: KR铁水预处理炉、顶底复吹转炉、LF/RH/VD真空精炼炉，实现纯净钢冶炼，[S]≤30ppm，[H]≤1.5ppm，[O]≤15ppm，[N]≤35ppm，保证钢的良好内部质量，高抗层状撕裂性能（Z向钢）。

　　Clean steel: KR method hot metal pretreatment, top-bottom-blown converter, and LF/RH/VD refinement, realized clean steel to be smelted. [S]≤30ppm, [H]≤1.5ppm, [O]≤15ppm, [N]≤35ppm, ensured the inner of steel good, high lamination crack resistant property(z-direction steel plate).

　　成分离散度小:可保证不同批号炉次的钢板性能稳定，性能波动小。

　　Small components dispersion: ensured the capability of different batches to be steady and little fluctuant.

　　优质特厚板坯:公司引进国外先进设备，自主研发的复合坯轧制法生产特厚板，比较模铸，在成材率、生产成本上具有明显优势，生产产品Z向性能良好，组织致密，可开发保探伤产品规格到240mm。

　　High quality ultra-heavy slab: Our company introduced foreign sophisticated equipments, and ourself developed the method which used compound slabs to roll ultra-heavy steel plates.Using this method, the production yield and production costs was more better than die casting, the lamination crack resistant property was very good, the organization was close, the thickness of flaw detection satisfying plates can be 240mm.

　　工艺保障能力: 拥有推钢式/步进式加热炉、车底式加热炉；开口度700mm、最大轧制力90000kN的强力轧机； 6座无氧化辊底式热处理炉，可实现最厚120mm的各类钢板正火、高低温回火、退火、淬火调质等各种热处理要求。

　　Technics guarantee ability: Pusher type furnace/ walking beam type furnace, car bottom type furnace; rolling mills whose opening-degree is 700mm, max draught pressure is 90000kN; 6 non-oxidized roller hearth heat treatment furnaces which can complete normalizing, tempering, annealing, quenching.

　　大单重:特厚板产品最大单重达40吨。

　　Large single weight: The weight of single ultra-heavy steel plate can be 40 tons.

　　多种交货状态:AR-热轧；CR-控轧；N-正火；TMCP-热机轧制；T－回火。

　　Manifold delivery conditions: AR; CR; N; TMCP; N; T; QT.
