三、电池组结构说明(Battery pack structure)
1电池模块(Battery modules)
由64个32650-5Ah的单体电池通过4并16串组成的电池组模块。
64 32650-5Ah cells,4 parallel and 16 serial, make a battery.
2保护板 Protective board
保护板通过对单串电芯的监控,有完善的过充、过放、过流、短路保护,并且电池具有独立的平衡功能。
The protection board, provides protection against overcharge, and short circuit, through monitoring single string of cells. Also it enables every battery pack to obtain independent balancing function.
3电芯充/放电标准(cells charge/ discharge standards)
电池组所选用单体电池(容量型):32650-5Ah。
Cell adopted: 32650-5Ah
持续充电电流:0.2 C5A -1 C5A为最佳充电电流,最高单串电压不高于3.9V。
Constant charge current: 0.2 C5A -1 C5A is the best. cell max voltage﹤3.9V.
持续放电电流:放电1 C5A,最低单串电压不低于2.0V。
Constant discharge current: cell min voltage> 2.0v
快速充电能力:最大充电电流1C5A;电池升温在15°C以内为正常,若高于15°C会影响电池的使用寿命。
Rapid charge capability: Max. charge current1C5A;temperature increase falls within 15°C is normal while over 15°C will affect the service life of cell.
