　　一:特性Features

　　二、功能Functi

　　1、自动识别电压。初次上电自动识别12V/24V电压系统。数码管显示1表示12V系统，显示2表示24V系统。

　　Self-adapt 12V/24V battery management system. Connect the controller to a 12V battery, and push the Power Switch button, the 7-segment will auto show “1” ( or “2” for to the 24V one) in first 5 secs .

　　2、升压充电。当风力较弱时，风机输出电压不足以对蓄电池充电，控制器自动启动升压电路，将充电电压升至33-38VV.

　　Voltage step-up charge. The controller willstep-upthe charge voltage to 33-38V automatically when the output voltage of thewind generatoris lower than 12V or 24V in breeze circumstance.

　　3、电磁刹车及泄荷。当风力太强时，自动启动卸荷保护电路。

　　Electromagnetic brake and power unloading. The controller will start the brake and power unloading protection when the output voltage of the wind generator is over 22V or 44V.

　　4、工作状态LED指示。

　　LED indication.

　　A、充电指示灯。有充电电压时常亮，无充电电压时常灭，开始充电慢闪，过充时快闪同时断开充电电路。

　　“CHARGE” Indicator. It willbe ONwhenapplythe controlleraninput voltage(fromwind generator orsolar panel),andOFFwhen no input Voltage,andflash slowlywhen the battery is charged,andflash quicklywhen the battery isoverchargedand the charging circuit will be opened.

　　B、电池指示灯。蓄电池电压正常时常亮，欠压时慢闪，过放时快闪同时切断负载，待蓄电池电压重新回升至12.5V及以上后方可允许其他条件启动负载。

　　“BATTERY” Indicator. It will be ON when the battery voltage is normal, FLASH SLOWLY when the battery is under-voltage, FLASH QUICKLY when the battery is over discharged and the load will be cut off.(The load will be resumed when the battery voltage is recovered to 12.5V)

　　C、负载指示灯。负载正常断开时常灭，负载正常工作时常亮；过流时慢闪，保护时快闪（当电流超过额定电流1.25倍持续30秒或电流超过额定1.5倍持续5秒，强制关闭负载；负载短路时立即关闭负载）。

　　“OUTPUT” Indicator. It will ON when the load is working and OFF when no load, FLASH SLOWLY when over current (The load circuit will be cut off 30 seconds later when the current is 1.25 times the rated current or 5 seconds later when the current is 1.5 times the rated current, LED will keep flashing slowly), FLASH QUICKLY when the load is short circuit and load circuit will be cut off. Other functi will not be affected even the load circuit is cut off.

　　5、多重工作模式。

　　Multiple Control Modes.

　　A、纯光控。当没有阳光时，延时3分钟，确认后打开负载，当有阳光时，延时3分钟，确认后关闭负载。

　　Light control. When there is no sunlight, load circuit will beclosedwithin 3 minutes . When there is sunlight, load circuit will beopenedwithin 3 minutes.

　　B.光-时控。在纯光控的基础上，增加负载限时工作功能—由负载开始工作计时，到限定时间后自动关闭负载。

　　Ligh-Timer control. A plus timer-control function based on the Light-control function above. That is, the controller starts timing as soon as the load circuit closed, and opens the load circuit as soon as your desired preset time is up

　　C、手动模式。用户通过按键” Function Select”控制负载的开、关。

　　Manual control.Close/Openthe load circuit by pushing the “Function Select” button.

　　D、快测模式。有充电电压时关闭负载，无充电电压时开启负载。此模式用于初次接电后检测控制器输入及输出功能是否正常。

　　Quick Check. Load circuit will beopenedwhen the controller gets a charge voltage, andclosedotherwise. This isa shortcutto check the controller’s input & output if functioning properly.

　　E、常开模式。负载一直保证开启状态。

　　Always-on mode. The load circuit is closed always.

　　注:A、B二种模式在使用太阳能电池时有效。

　　PS:A solar panel is necessary in the light control mode and in the light-timer control modes

　　三、设置方法Mode Setting.

　　1、按下功能选择键” Function Select”并持续2秒以上，数码管闪烁，进入模式设置状态。

　　Press the “Function Select” button and hold on for more than 2 seconds, the7-segmentwill flash and the controller is under the condition of mode setting.

　　2、松开按键，每按一次按键会闪烁变换一个字符，用户可根据模式设置表选择需要的工作模式，并再按键2秒以上，数码管固定显示该控制模式两秒后熄灭，该设置模式生效。

　　Then press the “Function Select” button to select the mode you want, and press it again for 2 seconds long to confirm your setting, the will stop flashing and indicates the mode you have selected for 2 seconds.

　　3、若需要查看控制器正在执行的控制模式，可按下功能选择键不超过两秒，松开后数码管会固定显示该模式。

　　If you want to check which kind of mode you have set before, press the “Function Select” button for less than 2 seconds, the7-segmentwill ON and indicates the mode that has been set.
