　　开卷放料——校平——冲孔——切断——成型——出料

　　Open book feeding, leveling, punching, cutting, molding, discharging

　　可根据生产需要轧制个带钢宽度60mm≤§≤600mm多种规格的电缆桥架及其他结构产品。

　　According to production needs a strip width of rolling 60 mm or less § 860 mm or less structure of a variety of specifications of the cable tray and other products.​

　　线冲孔时生产速度:2.5～5米/分钟。   

　　Line punching production speed: 2.5 ~ 5 meters per minute.​

　　成型设备连续成型速度时:10～15米/分钟。

　　Molding equipment for continuous forming speed: 10 ~ 15 m/min.​  

　　板材料厚:1~2mm。   

　　Thick plate material: 1 ~ 2 mm.​

　　材质要求:Q235冷轧板。   

　　Material requirements: Q235 manufacture.​

　　生产线分自动和手动两种操作方式，可实现联动和分段运转作业。

　　全自动生产线采用双侧悬臂式结构，冲孔及成型工艺在线一次性完成。通过电气控制，自动移动调节生产不同宽度、高度桥架产品。

　　Fully automatic production line adopts bilateral cantilever structure, punching and online a one-time molding process. Through the electrical control, automatic mobile to adjust production of different width, height bridge products.
