核桃壳概术:

　　核桃壳是一种经脱脂、破碎、筛选等处理加工过的颗粒状，表面多微孔、吸附效果较好的滤料及抛光磨料。核桃壳是一种天然的滚光材料、用它做磨料不会破坏工件表面、抛光效果好等优点，（一）抗压能力强粒径为1.25-1.60mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为0.2295KN(23.40kgf)。粒径为0.80-1.00mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为0.165KN(16.84kgf)。（二）化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质，在酸、碱、水中溶解量很小，核桃壳在盐酸溶液中的损耗为4.99%,在氢氧化钠溶液中的损耗率为3.8%，不会引起水质恶化现象。

　　核桃壳主要市场:

　　1.以上产品广泛应用于油田、化工、制革等工业污水处理及城市给水排水工程，是各种过滤器最理想的水质净化过滤材料。

　　2.抛光材料主要应用与眼镜配件、珍珠首饰、纽扣、电子件、冲压件、等行业的抛光去毛刺。
