常州志高塑料保持架厂成立于2005年，坐落于中国圆柱滚子轴承，滚针轴承专业生产基地---常州，公司临近沿江高速，距常州机场仅30km。是我市较大的滚子滚针、工程塑料保持架、圆柱滚子轴承、滚针轴承专业生产厂家。
公司现有厂房占地面积4500㎡，拥有一支100多名成员的优秀团队。另有盐城在建现代化厂房30000㎡，预计2014年投产。公司拥有专业的计量检测中心，现有精密检测设备10台/套，通用检测仪器215套/件，生产设备精良，配备加工设备210台/套，其中高精度无心磨床、外径超精机、端面磨床、全自动控制热处理生产线、数控铣床、半自动成品清洗涂油线、高精度滚针直径分选机等精密加工设备为公司提高产品质量提供了良好的加工基础。公司具备年产滚子1亿支，滚针5亿支以上的生产能力，产品直径1-60mm；塑料保持架有12类1500余种规格,年产量5千万套。公司通过ISO9001:2008质量体系认证，建立了稳定的质量控制体系,现有两家跨国轴承公司以及国内多家轴承上市公司与我司建立长期稳定的合作。
我公司拥有自营进出口权，主要经营的产品有滚子、滚针、轴承及配件、塑料保持架、密封圈、模具的制造、加工等。产品符合国标、日标、美标、德标等各类标准,也可来图来样生产。

Changzhou Zhigao Plastic Bearing CageFactory was established in 2005. It is located at Roller Bearing and NeedleRoller Bearing production base --- Changzhou. Our company is only 30 kms awayfrom Changzhou Airport, and nearby Yanjiang Expressway. We are the largeprofessional manufacturer of bearing roller, needle roller, injection moldingplastic bearing cage, needle roller bearing, and some related parts.
The company covers about 4500㎡ and has over 100 employees. There is a 30000 ㎡ modern factory in construction inYancheng city, it is expected to put into operation in 2014. We have a measuring and testing center,including 10 sets / kits of sophisticated detection equipment, 215 sets /pieces of universal testing instruments; meanwhile we have 84 sets / kitsprocessing equipment, they are precision centerless grinding machine, automaticroller ultra-precision machine, semi-auto end surface grinding machine,automatic control of heat treatment production line, CNC milling, semi-autofinished cleaning oiled line, high-precision sub-sorting machine of rollerdiameter and other precision machining equipment for the company to improveproduct quality and provide a good basis for processing. The annual output of the bearing roller is over 100 million pcs, and500 million pcs for needle roller which diameter is 1-60mm. There are more than1500 different sizes of 12 kinds of bearing cages, which are sold over 50million sets per annum. We have alreadypassed the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certificationand establish the stable quality control system. Two of The Fortune 500 bearingcompanies and many listed bearing domestic corporation have establishedlong-term business with us.
