常州志高塑料保持架厂建于2005年,是常武地区较大的工程塑料保持架,滚子滚针专业生产厂家,主要生产和销售各类工程塑料保持架及配套滚子滚针。
公司滚子年产量1亿粒,滚针年产量5亿支,(外径1mm-45mm),塑料保持架有12类950余种规格,年产量3千万套。已有两家世界500强企业,分别是美国伊顿，日本NTN公司，以及国内多家大型轴承公司，如南方轴承，东风轴承，民力轴承，人本轴承等与我司建立长期业务往来。
我公司生产的保持架均采用德国巴斯夫公司提供的保持架专用原材料,以及其他耐高温,高性能的PA46等材料。公司拥有自主的产品研发能力。可来图定制各种型号保持架，公司通过ISO9001:2000质量体系认证，建立了稳定的质量控制体系。

Changzhou Zhigao Plastic Bearing Cage Factory & Changzhou Zhigao Bearing Roller Factory was established in 2005. It is the professional manufacturer of injection molding plastic bearing cages, needle roller and bearing roller in Changzhou city. Zhigao has specialized in the manufacture and sale of all kinds of engineering thermoplastic cages, ancillary products needle roller and bearing roller.
There are more than 950 different sizes of 12 kinds of bearing cages, and sold over 30 million sets per annum. The annual output of the bearing roller is over 100 million and the needle roller annual output is 500 million (OD is 1-45mm). We supplied products to many outstanding bearing companies, including 2 of The Fortune 500, which are Eaton & NTN, and many bearing company, such as NanFang Bearing, DongFeng Bearing, Minli Bearing,C&U bearing which we have established long-term business with.
The raw material of Bearing Cage is purchased from BASF Co. of Germany, as well as other polymers with high temperature resistance and excellent properties, such as PA46, PA66, etc. The company has a strong R&D capability and can produce all kinds of bearing cages upon client’s drawing.
