不锈钢实验台:

　　原材料为304或316L优质不锈钢钢板，厚度≥1.2mm。（含切割面、螺孔），喷塑厚度及质量要求达到国家规定标准，附着力好，外观细腻。整体具有较强的耐蚀性。

　　（1）内衬板、导流板:采用厚度1.2mm质不锈钢钢板制作，分层（上、中、下），并使柜内无排风死角，各种比重气体均能顺利排出柜外，三块导流板使处于不同高度空间有害气体以控制浓度小于0.5ML/M3的性能指标分别从不同段区排出，操作口表面风速0.3-0.5M/S的速度将通风柜中气体排出，确无任何残留气体存在。排风量1000-1600M3/N，噪声要小。

　　（2）顶板:电源:采用专业设计的10A或16A三极多功能插座，具有防尘、防酸碱、防水设计；并配置漏电保护开关，有效保证人员及设备安全。

　　（3）照明:隐藏式光源，在顶板上配置30W防爆型日光灯，保证工作面不低450LUX的高度标准，不与柜内气体接触，易更换。

　　（4）拉门:双悬式玻璃门，材质为铝合金框架镶嵌6mm钢化玻璃，上下开启，操作方便灵活，拉门底部应有橡胶减震垫，以减少开关时的冲击。无段式平衡法码，拉门时上下自如，可任意位置停留。

　　（5）传动:双悬玻璃门通过导轨、配重滑轮组、钢索、配重等同步传动，上下开启灵活方便，噪音小。

　　（6）台面部分:采用美国威盛亚实芯理化板，或环氧树脂板，或陶瓷板。

　　(4) door double cantilever type glass door, material for aluminum alloy frame mosaic 6mm tempered glass, opening, convenient and flexible operation, the door at the bottom of the proper rubber shock pad, to reduce the switch when the impact. Stepless balance weights, pull up and down freely, can stay at any position.

　　Transmission (5): double hung glass door through the guide, a counterweight pulley group, cables, weight and other synchronous transmission, open flexible and convenient, the noise is small.
