钢木实验台材质说明

　　特点:

　　台面抗强酸碱、耐磨、防火。高强度，承重性能优良。

　　1、台面:钢木实验台台面采用12.7厚实芯理化板台面，边沿双层贴边到25.4mm厚。具有耐强酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐冲击、韧性强等特点，抗高温120度。

　　2、钢架:钢木实验台钢架采用50mmX30mmX1.5mm钢管制作，经EPOXY喷涂处理。可承重300KG/㎡。

　　3、柜体:采用18mm厚优质高压三聚氰胺中纤板。以2mm厚优质PVC封边条封边。

　　4、试剂架:试剂架支架全部采用冷轧钢板制作，有可任意调整高度的活动架板。隔板采用10mm厚钢化玻璃一次成型。

　　5、调节脚:采用Φ12mm不锈钢调节螺丝，底衬防水尼龙套环，具有防震、防滑功能，可调节水平50-100mm。

　　6、柜体:采用18mm厚优质高压三聚氰胺中纤板。以2mm厚优质PVC封边条封边。

　　7、层板:采用18mm厚优质高压三聚氰胺中纤板。

　　8、铰链:采用DTC自合铰链，钢木实验台铰链保证开合10万次以上。

　　9、拉手:采用不锈钢亚光拉手。

　　10、导轨:采用DTC三节消音承重导轨。

　　技术要求:

　　柜体结合部位联接牢固，无松动现象，表面平整无变形，外露部分无手刺及尖锐棱角，封边粘合牢固，封边条厚度2mm边缘光滑平整，实验台下面采用弧形边，台面颜色黑色零部件无断裂或劈裂现象，可动部件活动灵活，抗压能力符合实验台要求。
