一、产品简介
AMP-100二阶反应型防水粘结剂是单组份黑色改性沥青防水涂料，它能将基路（桥）和路（桥）面溶合为一体，形成一个高弹改进型塑性承重、防水和抗剪的整体，从而大幅提高道桥路性能，延长路桥尤其是陡坡弯道重载路面的使用寿命可达12年以上.
产品用途
（1）使用范围:沥青混凝土层间与其它路面界面之间的防水粘结；部分建筑的桥面防水工程；（2）特别适用:其优越性能非常适用于弯道、桥隧和陡坡等应力负荷较大路面，尤以应力集中的薄层铺装路面，如:桥面防水工程铺装，城市路桥“白加黑”，高分子橡胶沥青道路等，使用效果极佳。
五、施工介绍
施工方法:
1、施工工具准备:施工前应备好拌料桶、喷涂机械或专用鬃刷。
2、基层要求:桥面板、梁混凝土强度达到设计标号、表面不得有松散浮浆、掉皮、空鼓和严重开裂现象。表面平整度应符合桥梁规范要求，垂直排水管上口的标高应低于基层标高，排水口必须与基层安装牢固，不得有任何松动现象。
3、防水基层应干净、干燥、无积水。
4、基层处理:桥面不得有尘土、浮灰、杂质、油渍等，铺防水层前可用空压机、净水、去油剂等将表面处理干净，如有混凝土、沙浆等结硬杂物，应将其打磨掉。
5、防水层施工步骤:（以三涂为例）A）涂刷前应将桶装涂料搅拌均匀。B）大面积涂刷前先用小刷对漏口处做两遍涂料 ，对阴角部位加强涂刷防水涂料 三遍，然后大面积满刷地一遍涂料。C）第一遍涂料实干后即可涂第二遍涂料。D）第二遍涂料表干后涂刷第三遍涂料。
