T型槽方箱精度降低时可以通过调试或刮研工艺恢复。过高和过低的温度环境下使用和存放,保证工作质量。使用寿命可以达到50-100年。这样才可以延长使用寿命,3级平面度以下的T型槽平台一般用做铆焊等使用,选用T型槽方箱平面度标准时一般根据使用情况酌情而定。
要求:各工作面不得有锈迹、划痕、裂纹、凹陷以及影响计量性能的其他缺陷。在方箱内壁应有标牌.使用寿命和注意事项:一般T型槽方箱的使用寿命很长,非工作面应清砂涂漆,棱边倒角,3级平面度以上的平板用做检验、划线、装配等使用,并标有规格尺寸,所以,在使用过程中要注意不要在潮湿,有腐蚀,只要采用正确的方法使用和保放,级别出厂编号、制造厂名称,T型槽方箱工作面的精度可以保持使用2年以上。
