When the thermoplastic material is in a molten state, high temperature rollers are required to apply pressure to the material. 1.电源接到控制器Connect the power supply
2.高速交流电通过线圈,产生高速变化的磁场 High-speed alternating current passes through the coil and generates a high-speed changing magnetic field.
3.金属辊带有电阻特性,使金属辊自行快速发热 Resistance allows the metal roller to heat up quickly on its own.
4.辊内的温度传感器把温度数据传给控制系统,再反馈到电磁控制器以精确控制辊内温度
The temperature sensor in the roller transmits the temperature data to the control system, and then feeds it back to the electromagnetic controller to accurately control the temperature in the roller.
