PP焊接水箱具有良好的卫生性与抗紫外线能力，耐撞击，抗强震，不易老化,不长水藻，易冲洗，防鼠，防白蚁，安装移动方便。一般的耐耐酸碱型水箱能装高温液体、化学物品、强酸碱液体。一般可耐90度高温，最低可耐零下30度低温。加配方后可高温到110度以上。

　　做酸碱池的水箱选用PP材质具有吸水率低，水汽渗透滤低，密度小，在加工成型中不必做干燥处理。
